What’s Included in the Rental Compliance Pack?
1. CIN Request (Regional Registration + CIN Application)
We register your property with the regional tourism office and apply for your CIN (Codice Identificativo Nazionale), a mandatory code for short-term rentals in Italy.
- You’ll receive your CIN certificate and instructions on how to display it in your property.
For the allocation of the CIN it is mandatory to install safety equipment: gas detector (for properties with gas installations), carbon monoxide (CO) detector (required by law for properties with combustion appliances), one 6 kg fire extinguisher per floor and per each 200 m2 habitable surface (compliant with Italian safety standards).
When requested, we’ll purchase and deliver to your property the mandatory safety equipment and have it installed. (optional)
2. Municipal Tourist Tax Account Setup
We register your property with the local municipality for the tourist tax (Imposta di Soggiorno). You’ll receive confirmation of registration and instructions on how to collect and pay the tax.
3. AlloggiatiWeb Account Setup
We request login credentials for the AlloggiatiWeb platform (the national system for registering guests with the Italian State Police). We’ll set up your account and provide a step-by-step guide on how to register guests (guest registration by KeyPro Italy upon request).
4. Optional Add-On Services
- Safety Equipment Purchase and Delivery: we’ll purchase and deliver to your property gas detector, CO detector, and fire extinguisher(s).
- Safety Equipment Installation: A local technician will install the gas detector, CO detector, and fire extinguisher(s).
- One-Year Italian Rental Administration: includes Guest Registration Service, Tourist Tax Administration, Income Tax Filing, Tourist Tax Payments and Income Tax Payments, Payment of local taxes (IMU,TARI - optional)
