We take care of activating all essential utility contracts for your home, working with trusted local providers:
- Electricity (Enel, Acea, or local providers).
- Water (local municipal contracts).
- Gas (if applicable, with providers like Italgas or Snam).
- Internet & Wi-Fi (Fastweb, TIM, Vodafone, or others).
How it works:
- You’ll receive a simple form to indicate your preferences (e.g., electricity plan, internet speed).
- We activate the contracts in your name and send you digital copies of all documents.

2. Dedicated Email & Automated Bill Payments
